  • Attend fairs as brand ambassadors as needed.

Full Job Description
  • Follow up with prospective leads and schedule appointments
  • Perform thorough roof inspections while recording and photographing.
  • Provide estimates and follow up with clients.
  • Manage projects from the beginning to completion while updating clients accordingly.
  • Coordinate final inspections with customer.
  • Update database with all details of the project.
  • Collect payment and submit to office in a timely manner upon job completion.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Door to door sales.
  • Guide homeowners through the process of insurance claims.
  • Provide education on financing options available to clients.
Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in roofing or similar related role preferred but not necessary (be willing to attend training and industry certifications).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Good time management and job management skills.
